NMEC NTS Workflow Manager

CLGT is seeking a Workflow Manager to monitor a team of linguists providing interpretation, transcription and translation to support critical mission needs of the National Media Exploitation Center. Work will be mainly performed in the Northern Virginia area; however, functions may need to be performed at off-site locations throughout, as well as potential short-term temporary assignments worldwide, including harsh environments.
The Workflow Manager shall be an experienced professional that will ensure that all work coordinated for NTS meets and/or exceeds Government standards for quality, timeliness, and accuracy. The Workflow Manager works directly with Government personnel to provide status updates of work performed, offers assessments of current capabilities, and informs Government staff of any issues involving linguist productivity and performance, as well as any shortfalls within the current resident linguist staff.
