CLGT Solutions, LLC is a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business focused upon providing professional solutions in the areas of training and talent acquisition. This position is not a current requirement; it is for a proposal. We are currently seeking Site Leads to provide operational, administrative, and management oversite to linguist support operations.  Work will primarily be performed at Ft Gordon, GA, with one position located at Hunter Airfield in Savanna, GA.  Evening shifts may be required.

 

The Site Lead will assist the Program Manager (PM) and serve as the using unit primary Point of Contact (POC) on resolving assigned linguist issues, provide for and ensure accountability, and ensure linguists are properly tracking individual time through the timekeeping system.  The Site Lead identifies issues to the PM that are impacting his assigned sites, linguists, and customers.  The Site Lead is primarily responsible for establishing relationships with the customer, linguists, and other associated elements.

 Roles & Responsibilities

  •  Assist the PM in providing operational, administrative, and management oversight to all linguists in the assigned area of operation. Effectively manage the day-to-day actions required to ensure operational effectiveness
  • Communicate new requirements, concerns and issues to the PM as appropriate
  • Ensure that all customer requests for additional linguist support are forwarded to the TOPM
  • Conduct daily meetings with the customer to ensure that expectations are properly managed and that all requirements, as defined in the contract SOW, are met
  • Provide input to reports (Daily, Weekly, and Monthly, for example) as appropriate
  • Coordinate with the customer to support linguist schedules and travel
  • Ensure that appropriate linguist health, morale and welfare requirements are met
  • Ensure that linguists adhere to established customer regulations and standards of conduct
  • Ensure that linguists understand and adhere to work schedule and other administrative and procedure requirements as defined by the customer

 Education, Experience, & Requirements

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen
  • Must have, at minimum, a Top Secret, with access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI)
  • Must be willing and able to go through a Counterintelligence interview
  • Must have prior U.S. Military experience
  • Must have an understanding of military customs, courtesies, and procedures
  • Must be computer literate with strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, typing, and composition
