Mid-Level Collection Manager

This position is a current opportunity. We are currently seeking individuals to fill Full-Time Collection Manager positions located in Afghanistan; short- and long-term deployments are available. This opportunity will require 1-2 weeks mandatory CONUS training.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Will function as a part of an Afghanistan-based intelligence analytical team of military and/or DoD civilian analysts in support of the customer's analytical requirements
- Responsible for coordinating Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) collection requirements and ensuring all intelligence data is properly disseminated within the supported command/organization
- Develops, maintains, and updates collection plans based on the supported Commander's Priority Intelligence Requirements
- Monitors a wide range of available organic and non-organic (organic sensors are assigned/attached to the supported command/organization; non-organic belong to other commands/organizations) collection systems for new nominated requirements, then validates and distributes them as required
- Prepares ISR assessment metrics of IMINT, SIGINT, and HUMINT products to gauge the effectiveness of collection operations
- Interfaces with higher, lateral, and subordinate commands/organizations' Collection and Requirements Managers including entities to answer intelligence - related RFIs and de-conflict or collaborate on AOR requirements and reporting
- Conducts presentations and briefings when required
Education, Experience, & Requirements
- Must be a US Citizen
- Must, at minimum, have a Top Secret, with access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) and be capable of gaining, and maintaining, access to NSA systems and facilities
- Must have three (3) years Collection Management operational experience within DoD or equivalent Government agencies
- Must have a thorough understanding of DoD and Service collection techniques, capabilities, and applications
- Must be proficient in using basic computer applications to include MS Office (including PowerPoint) and intelligence related automation
- Must have knowledge and familiarity of systems such as Falconview and C2PC
- Must have experience with IC collection management systems (e.g. Coliseum) mission applications
- Must have experience with communications capabilities within JWICS, INTELINK, and SIPRNet (e.g. MIRC, Jabber Chat, etc.)
- Must have strong writing and briefing skills
- Must be capable of effectively operating as a member of a joint/combined intelligence team
- Must be capable of effective communication in the accomplishment of collection management reporting and requirements
- Must have a high school diploma/GED; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is preferred or equivalent military enlisted or company grade officer experience AND/OR completion of the ISR Operations Course (Goodfellow AFB)
- Knowledge of communication and dissemination architecture preferred
- Experience with tactical ground and air sensor operations and management preferred

Physical Demands
In order to qualify for this position, the employee must meet the customers’ mandated fitness standards (currently USCENTCOM MOD 13); the customer reserves the right to approval all contract personnel for deployment. Medical screening will be performed before and during training (at the CONUS Replacement Center).
Position Type & Hours of Work
This is a temporary full-time position. Work is performed seven (7) days a week, twelve (12) hours per day.
Travel
This position requires 100% travel to Afghanistan.
