Description CLGT Solutions, LLC dba CLOVEHITCH is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned small mission-focused business that provides professional solutions in the areas of intelligence, financial management, linguistics and administrative functions.CLOVEHITCH is seeking CLOVEHITCH is seeking Sr. Regulatory Analysts to provide expert-level guidance on labor certification regulations, case processing policies, and program integrity requirements to ensure accurate and compliant adjudication support. This position is contingent upon contract award.Supervisory Responsibilities:Principal Duties and Responsibilities:- Interpret and apply regulatory requirements (INA, 20 CFR 655 & 656)
- Provide guidance on complex case reviews, audits, and appeals
- Support integrity reviews, employer verification, and compliance checks
- Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) and process improvements
- Advise leadership on policy changes and operational impacts
- Assist with training and mentoring staff
- Review high-risk or escalated cases and provide recommendations to Certifying Officers
Required Experience, Skills and Abilities:- 7+ years experience in immigration/labor certification or similar regulatory programs
- Demonstrated expertise in case adjudication processes
Education and Other Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
- Due to federal contract requirements, this position is restricted to U.S. citizens with eligibility for a suitability clearance
- Clean background check
Preferred Qualifications:- Master’s degree preferred
- Experience supporting federal programs (DOL, DHS, USCIS)
- Strong analytical and regulatory interpretation skills
