Description CLGT Solutions, LLC dba CLOVEHITCH is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned small mission-focused business that provides professional solutions in the areas of intelligence, financial management, linguistics and administrative functions.CLOVEHITCH is seeking a Dissemination Specialist to lead a team responsible for the secure transfer and dissemination of intelligence products across multiple classified networks. This role oversees metadata tagging, SOP documentation, and security compliance, requiring experience in intelligence operations, coalition or foreign partner support, and briefing diverse audiences. This position is contingent upon contract award.Supervisory Responsibilities:- Oversee a small team while managing the sending and posting of products to approved individuals, organizations, and sites, including the verification of appropriate clearances and accesses of users.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:- Prepares and processes the movement of appropriately marked intelligence products between security domains.
- Logs potential inadvertent security incidents, utilizing and maintaining site SOPs in accordance with the appropriate policy and guidance.
- Ensures the timely, accurate, and complete generation and modification of intelligence product metadata consistent with client-approved standards.
- Uses client-specified tools to generate and modify product metadata (including, but not limited to, client-developed macro-based solution called the Document Dissemination Tool (DDT), client-developed Create Organize Retrieve and Evaluate (CORE) tool, client-developed Product Control Numbering Database (PCN DB), and MS Office Suite.
- Performs cross-domain products (associated material) dissemination on approved networks and registers product(s) into the approved intelligence repositories.
Required Experience, Skills and Abilities:- Four years demonstrated experience leading a team and managing work tasks of subordinates conducting intelligence planning, collection, processing, analysis, or dissemination; demonstrates ability to lead teams in researching multifaceted or critical problems.
- Demonstrated experience involving complex security classification decisions such as coalition/foreign partner support, foreign disclosure, intelligence dissemination, or cross-domain operations.
- Demonstrates mastery of qualitative and quantitative analytic methodologies; provides guidance in selecting, designing, and applying analytic methodologies; uses argument evaluation and validated analytic methodologies to challenge differing perspectives; demonstrates ability to define comprehensive, new, or unique research approaches.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver professional briefings and presentations; draft and maintain documentation such as SOPs; produce reports incorporating text and graphics; develop concise, insightful, and comprehensive products; communicate understanding from information that may be incomplete, indirect, highly complex, or technically advanced.
- Demonstrates in-depth analysis of analytic operations and knowledge management issues across organizational and intra-IC boundaries; demonstrates ability to structure analysis based on trends in reporting and a range of analytic perspectives.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate and work with other IC members on information sharing, driving collection, addressing analytic disputes and conflict resolution; demonstrated ability to instruct and interact with small groups on data and information requirements and coordination tasks.
- Demonstrated understanding of metadata.
- Demonstrates ability to review analytic products for cogent arguments, tradecraft standards, and adequate support for conclusions; routinely tests analytic rigor of analytic products.
- Demonstrates ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
- Demonstrates comprehensive mission knowledge and skills that affirms completion of all developmental training and experiences for the position.
Education and Other Requirements:- A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education is required, in addition to eight years’ experience related to the position, with at least a portion of the experience within the last two years. Alternatively, candidates may qualify with an associate degree and at least seven years of experience in an intelligence discipline, or a high school diploma combined with a minimum of nine years’ experience in an intelligence discipline.

- Due to federal contract requirements, this position is restricted to U.S. citizens who have an active TS/SCI clearance with ability to obtain a CI polygraph.
