Description

CLGT Solutions, LLC is a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business focused upon providing professional solutions in the areas of training and talent acquisition.  This position is a current opportunity. We are currently seeking individuals to fill Full-Time SIGINT positions located in Afghanistan; short- and long-term deployments are available.  This opportunity will require 1-2 weeks mandatory CONUS training.

Essential Duties, Roles & Responsibilities

  • Will function as a part of an Afghanistan based intelligence analytical team of military and/or DoD civilian analysts in support of customer's analytical requirements
  • Primarily responsible for researching, developing, presenting and publishing SIGINT products at the tactical and operational level related to insurgent activities and threats to local/regional stability as part of an overall analytical team.
  • Conduct analysis of raw and fused signals intelligence data of insurgent threat activities, and responsible for SIGINT analysis related to insurgent threats, mission planning, target development, damage assessments, and counter-terrorism in the AOR and Afghanistan in general
  • Responsible for attending meetings and conducting comprehensive research on complex topics independently, or as a part of a larger analytical effort, focusing on current events and long-term trends that could impact the supported unit’s mission.

Education, Experience, & Requirements

  • Must be a US Citizen
  • Must, at minimum, have a Top Secret, with access to Sensitive Compartmented Information and a Counterintelligence Polygraph (TS/SCI w/ CI Poly), and be capable of gaining, and maintaining, access to NSA systems and facilities
  • Minimum of four (4) years SIGINT experience within DoD or equivalent Government agencies and requires former MOS 1N, 35S/P/N, 35B, 352B/PQ/R/S,18F or equivalent (equivalency – mid-level military enlisted or company grade officer experience), or other Service or Agency equivalent occupational specialty
  • Completion of the SIGINT Analytical Support to Military Operations (SASMO) training or any equivalent training (such as DEPL 3500) at Ft Meade is required; SIGINT Analysts with DEPL 2000, 3000, or with deployment experience performing SIGINT duties equivalent to what would be learned in SASMO training may be exempt from this requirement; waivers will be granted only by the appropriate in-theater authority after a review of the applicants’ credentials
  • Must be knowledgeable of Army/Joint SIGINT procedures, data processing systems such as CIDNE, RT-RG, NSANet and associated SIGINT database/search engines
  • Must be proficient in utilizing basic computer applications, mIRC, Jabber Chat, intelligence related automation, and MS Office Suite in support of analytical efforts and product development
  • Must possess strong research, analytical, and writing skills
  • Must be capable of effectively operating as a member of an analytical team from a remote location in support of CJOA-A requirements
  • Must have a high school diploma/GED with training in SIGINT operations; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is preferred
  • Operational level experience is preferred

Work Environment

This position required you to work and live in a hazardous environment.

Physical Demands

In order to qualify for this position, the employee must meet the customers’ mandated fitness standards (currently USCENTCOM MOD 13); the customer reserves the right to approval all contract personnel for deployment.  Medical screening will be performed before and during training (at the CONUS Replacement Center).    

Position Type & Hours of Work

This is a full-time position.  Work is performed seven (7) days a week, twelve (12) hours per day.

Travel

This position requires 100% travel to Afghanistan.
